Compressor Repair and Service:
Here are several Before and After pictures of one of the compressors we've worked on. In Fact, this is now our back up compressor.

This is the Worthington Air compressor purchased early in 2009. As you can see, the condition was Horrible. It was completely inopperable and needed a complete rebuild.
This compressor started out as a 3 phase electric compressor but ended up gas powered with 12 volt opperation.
This is how much rust was in the Water cooling tubes. Water is pumped through the outer tubes to cool the incoming air. In the upper right side of this picture, you can see the air piping that runs inside the tubes.

DETAILS:
This compressor now uses a 20 HP Kohler gas engine to power it and runs on 12 DC. There is a battery installed to opperate two large cooling fans (not pictured).
OTHER DETAILS:
As you can tell, pretty much everything was either replaced or repaired.
This may not be typical but this is just an example of what is possible.
